Japanese telly is pretty messed up. This late night show is showing off a new costume designed to let you peek up girls skirts without them noticing, while riding the train. Watch the full clip at the end of this post.

It’s basically a guy walking upside down with a pretend head where his arse is and legs for arms. When tested, the upside-down perv pronounces the girls knickers to be pink, which the girl happily confirms is true. The presenters are shocked since it’s a T-Back, and should therefore be difficult to see.
