Taro almost sounds like he’s joking, which is likely considering he’s an ex-fishermen comedian.. but he clearly has some experience personally:

“It’s shallow and there’s resistance at the other end, so the feeling isn’t that good,”

…referring to when he’s poking the manta in the pooper. Yup, it’s the boy-mantas he likes to violate, not the girl-mantas. Nice.
